Service scope
ZYENEX CPMS provides a clinical practice management platform for mental health providers. The service includes client management, scheduling, clinical documentation, assessments, safeguarding, referrals, and billing features as described in our product documentation.
Responsibility of clinic and clinicians
The deploying organisation and its clinicians remain fully responsible for all clinical decisions, documentation accuracy, and patient care. ZYENEX CPMS is a tool to support professional workflows and does not replace clinical judgement.
Acceptable use
Users agree to use ZYENEX CPMS only for its intended purpose of clinical practice management. Users must not attempt to access data beyond their assigned role, circumvent security controls, or use the system for any unlawful purpose.
Limitations
ZYENEX CPMS is not a diagnostic engine, decision-making system, or medical device. It does not provide clinical recommendations or automate clinical decisions. Features are designed to support, not replace, professional practice.
Warranty disclaimers
ZYENEX CPMS is provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement of every deployment context.
Termination and account controls
Either party may terminate service according to the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, data export options will be provided in accordance with the deployment agreement and applicable data protection obligations.
