ZYENEX CPMS processes client records, clinical notes, session data, assessment results, billing data, and user account information. Data is collected as necessary for care operations, scheduling, billing, and quality assurance.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed for the purposes of care delivery, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, billing operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Data is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to clinical operations.

Access control and role separation

Access to data is governed by role-based permissions. Users can only access information relevant to their assigned role. All access is logged and auditable.

Data retention

Data retention policies are configurable by the deploying organisation to match local regulatory requirements and institutional policies. Retention periods are set during deployment configuration.

Data sharing

Data is shared only as authorised by the clinic or deploying organisation. ZYENEX does not sell, rent, or share clinical data with third parties for commercial purposes.

User rights

Depending on applicable jurisdiction, data subjects may have rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of their data. These rights are exercised through the deploying organisation.
